Job summary

Anaconda, part of the Spotlight Retail Group in Australia, is hiring casual Team Members. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, handle transactions at the register, and help restock and merchandise to keep the store inviting.

We value a positive can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays are available, and training is provided to help you

Qualifications

• Availability for flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – training provided!

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
• Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
