BM Quality Meats is looking for an experienced butcher or someone seeking an apprenticeship to join our team at our shop in Umina Beach, NSW. This full-time role focuses on preparing, cutting and presenting high-quality meat to meet customer specifications while delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cutting a variety of meats to customer specifications
• Assisting with the operation of the butchery, including stock management and display preparation
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery
• Learning new skills and techniques to continuously improve your butchery abilities
