Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in NSW offers an entry-level butcher trainee role designed for school leavers and career changers. You will learn cutting, boning, trimming and customer interactions in a supportive, hands-on environment.

You’ll earn while you learn, build real skills, and gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Meat Processing while working with a family-owned Australian business.

• How to cut, bone, trim and prepare meat properly - hands-on, step by step, at your own pace
• Everything from everyday cuts to specialty product, so you build real, well-rounded skill
• How to talk to customers with confidence, and share what you know
• The everyday standards of working in fresh food - hygiene, food safety, and taking pride in a well-run counter

You won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll be shown, supported, and given the time to actually get good at this.
