Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience with grill, pans or pub service would be welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook consistently good food.
• Work confidently through a busy dinner service.
• Keep their section organised and maintain food safety standards.
• Communicate well and pitch in across a small team.
• Help keep service moving with dishwashing, cleaning, basic prep and keeping the kitchen stocked and tidy.
