Key responsibilities include analysing processes, gathering requirements and developing business cases to drive improvements. Strong Excel and reporting skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce or related discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in business analysis, organisational improvement, operational transformation or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, workflow analysis and business process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience preparing business cases, process documentation and operational recommendations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse organisational structures, business processes and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis and gap assessments across various business functions.
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support operational improvement initiatives.
• Design and recommend improvements to systems, procedures and business methods.
• Support business transformation, automation and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, recommendations and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate implementation activities and monitor outcomes of approved improvement initiatives.
