Axial Training is seeking a passionate Business Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Diploma of Business to senior secondary students across Queensland. The role offers full-time, part-time or sessional opportunities, with a focus on practical business skills and confidence-building in students.

You don’t need to be a career teacher; we’re looking for someone who knows business and enjoys helping others learn. A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is preferred, with support to obtain if needed.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging, practical business training.
• Share real-world knowledge and experiences.
• Mentor and motivate senior students to achieve goals.
• Support assessment and student progression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Diploma of Business to senior secondary students.
• Provide practical and interactive training sessions.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learning activities and continuous improvement.
• Build positive relationships with schools and students.
