Job summary

SkillCentred Queensland is offering full-time traineeships in Kingaroy and surrounding areas. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in a business environment, perform administrative tasks on community projects, and assist with program activities and local events.

The program leads to an entry level Business qualification (Certificate I in Workplace Skills) and runs for 38 hours per week over 19 weeks, with pay under the National Training Wage Award.

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• No longer be enrolled/attending school.
• Provide date of birth and address with your application.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative functions on local community projects.
• Support program activities and work at local events and festivals.

About the position

SkillCentred has multiple traineeship positions available forindividuals wanting to gain experience in the business environment. Trainees will work on a range of local community projects assisting withadministrative functions as well as supporting program activities and working at local events and festivals. Trainees will have the opportunity to gainan entry level Business qualification (Certificate I in Workplace Skills).

Full-time traineeship

38 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

19weeks

Pay rates arein accordance with the National Training Wage Award and is calculated on your highest school level completed and the number of years you've been out of school.
