Job summary

Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club is seeking an experienced Business Technology Analyst to support analysis, optimisation and continuous improvement of business processes and technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders, ICT teams and external providers to define requirements and implement effective solutions.

The role focuses on digital transformation, data and reporting capabilities, process automation and AI-enabled opportunities across hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience as a business or systems analyst in IT or operational environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, POS, or membership).
• Hospitality/club/service experience is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in alcohol/services are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to document requirements and opportunities.
• Analyse processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Translate needs into functional specifications for ICT teams.
• Evaluate tech systems and propose improvements for efficiency.
• Support BI reporting enhancements using Power BI or similar tools.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Assist with testing, implementation and change management.
