URBAN REPUBLIC PTY LTD is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. The role is full-time and involves collaborating with users to gather business requirements and document processes, with a focus on delivering reliable system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. The position is based at our Campbellfield office and includes superannuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field or above.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Working with users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Identifying, analysing business processes and work practices.
• Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improved practices and system functionality.
• Using project management methods to develop project plans and manage resources.
• Deploying functional solutions and creating system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
• Creating user and training documentation and delivering training sessions.
• Developing functional specifications for system developers.
• Using data and process modeling to create clear system specifications for design and development.
• Acting as central reference and information source in project decision making.
