Swimart is Australia's largest pool and spa retail network, supporting franchise owners and store teams across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue our digital transformation journey, we're looking for a capable Business Systems Administrator and Trainer to join our Business Operations team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys training delivery, system rollouts and go-live support, combined with retail technology, systems administration and business improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will play a key role in training, deploying and supporting the systems that help our franchise network operate successfully every day.

What you'll be doing:

About you

You are a confident communicator who enjoys helping others learn new systems and succeed. You understand technology and can explain it in a simple, practical way.

• Experience supporting or administering ERP, CRM, POS or retail business systems.
• Training or facilitation experience, ideally in technology or operational environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating training content, eLearning modules or documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Highly regarded

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or retail systems.
• LMS administration and SCORM content creation.
• Articulate 360 experience and Power BI familiarity.
• Experience supporting franchise, retail or multi-site environments.
