Synergy is offering an Aboriginal Traineeship Program in Perth for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to earn while you learn, completing a nationally recognised qualification. The 12‑month program is based in our Perth Central Park Office as a Business Support Trainee, with structured training, mentoring and hands‑on experience.

You don't need previous work experience—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Completed Year 10 or equivalent
• Commit to full-time work (37.5 hours/week) for 12 months, including one TAFe day per week
• Great attitude and eagerness to learn
