Job summary

Synergy in Western Australia offers an Aboriginal Traineeship Program based in Perth. It is a 12-month, full-time paid traineeship designed to help you build business, administration or project skills. No prior experience required, just a strong attitude and willingness to learn.

You'll receive structured training, mentoring and a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Business). One of five business areas will host you, with support from mentors and senior team members.

Qualifications

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
• Year 10 completion or equivalent.
• Willingness to commit to full-time work (37.5 hours/week) for 12 months, including one day per week at TAFE.

Responsibilities
