Job summary

Harvey Robinson is partnering with an enterprise organisation on a transformation program to standardise and replicate business processes across three new locations, creating a consistent structure for rapid adoption.

You’ll work with senior leaders, process owners and teams to map current state, identify variances and design practical processes that can be replicated across campuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Business Improvement Specialist or similar.
• Strong experience analysing and documenting end-to-end processes.
• Experience designing and implementing future-state processes.
• Experience standardising processes across teams, sites or business units.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Ability to bring different teams together around consistent ways of working.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a complex transformation environment.

We’re partnering with an enterprise organisation on an exciting transformation program involving the establishment of three new locations.

We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst to help standardise and replicate business processes across multiple campuses, creating a consistent structure that can be successfully adopted across new locations. You’ll work closely with business leaders, process owners and teams across different campuses to understand how things operate today, identify differences and inefficiencies, and design practical processes that can be replicated across the organisation.

This is a highly stakeholder-focused role where you’ll help turn existing ways of working into repeatable, scalable processes.

What You’ll Do

About You

We’re looking for someone experienced in business process analysis, process improvement or operational transformation. You’ll be able to get into the detail of how a business operates while also understanding how processes need to work consistently across multiple locations.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Business Improvement Specialist or similar
• Strong experience analysing and documenting end-to-end processes
• Experience designing and implementing future-state processes
• Experience standardising processes across teams, sites or business units
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
• Ability to bring different teams together around consistent ways of working
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a complex transformation environment

Experience with BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma would be highly regarded.

Experience within education, technology, FinTech, MedTech or another complex or regulated environment would also be advantageous.
