Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd in Hawthorn East is seeking a Business Manager to grow a portfolio of Coles Collect customers by understanding supplier businesses, drivers and metrics, and by delivering innovative growth strategies. Monthly travel to supplier sites within the state and interstate is required.

The role involves developing commercially compelling transport solutions from data, collaborating across internal teams, and identifying opportunities for portfolio development and joint initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a transport or supply chain related field within FMCG is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen, specifically in an FMCG or retail environment.
• Proven track record of developing customer solutions ranging in size and volume.
• Excellent communication skills with experience of building effective and fruitful relationships internally & externally.

About the role

You will be responsible for growing a portfolio of Coles Collect customers, by thoroughly understanding the suppliers business, key drivers and metrics. Create innovative ways to develop new business and deliver consistent growth. Please note that this role requires monthly travel to supplier sites within the state and interstate.

You will also:
