Deliver initiatives that improve product availability, replenishment, online fulfilment, delivery reliability, capacity, productivity and cost-to-serve.
Apply an operational lens to project design, assessing how proposed changes may affect stores, team members, inventory flow and upstream supply chain processes.

Experience in replenishment, inventory management or store-to-supply-chain operations will be highly regarded.
Understanding of online operations, fulfilment, delivery networks, transport, logistics or last-mile delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence using operational data to inform project decisions and improvement opportunities.
A relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
