• Workforce management to ensure service delivery complies with contract requirements.
• Support recruitment to maintain a pool of security-cleared personnel for demand and surge needs.
• Monitor service delivery quality and performance against contract standards.
• Identify and resolve non-performance or non-conformance, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collate data and prepare contract service delivery reports.

About the role

The position is primarily responsible for the Defence portfolio, in which you will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Workforce management to ensure service delivery complies with contract requirements
• Support for recruitment to ensure a pool of security-cleared personnel to underpin anticipated workforce demands and surge requirements
• Service delivery monitoring ensuring MSS Security meet quality (compliance and conformance) and performance requirements
• Resolution of service delivery non-performance, non-compliance, and non-conformance issues, including development of service delivery improvement and innovation initiatives
• Data collation and preparation of contract service delivery reports
