As the Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia, you will lead Employment Consultants across Epping, Baulkham Hills and Hornsby, driving performance, supporting your people and delivering life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers.

This leadership role focuses on strategy, contract compliance, stakeholder engagement and high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services or transferable leadership experience.
• Exposure to people leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role

As the Business Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead high‑performing Employment Consultants across Epping, Baulkham Hills and Hornsby. Your purpose is clear: drive performance, support your people, and deliver life‑changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
