Job summary

Western NSW LHD invites applications for a Business Manager role within the Orange Health Service. This position leads organisational performance and financial management, working with senior leaders to analyse finances, build forecasts and support budget planning.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, as part of a 12-member Executive Team focused on strategic improvement and performance. Remuneration is competitive and benefits include superannuation options.

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated professional to provide leadership and expertise in organisational performance and financial management within our facility. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, you will be a key member of a collaborative 12-member Executive Team committed to driving strategic improvement initiatives and enhancing organisational performance.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to analyse financial information, develop forecasts, and support budget planning processes. You will also build strong partnerships with Downer, external suppliers, and vendors, while contributing to monthly MAMS meetings with the General Manager and maintaining valuable networks with District Finance and Corporate Services teams. This is a rewarding opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys collaboration, strategic thinking, and making a meaningful impact.
