Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a commercially focused Business Manager to lead the Mackay region. You will drive sales strategy, performance and operational excellence across the branch network, developing capable teams and strong customer relationships.

This hands-on leadership role requires market insight to identify growth opportunities while fostering a safety-first, collaborative culture with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar business, branch, sales or operations leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, branch operations and strategy execution.
• The ability to develop and implement customer and market business plans.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of industrial products and services, particularly hydraulic hoses, fittings and pneumatic systems, will be highly regarded.
• A safety-first mindset.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
