atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract can be based in any atWork Australia location and will support strategic initiatives while advancing our data capability.

You will lead a team of 5, develop dashboards, govern data quality, and partner with Finance, Operations and executives to enable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Intelligence leadership roles.
• Strong Power BI development experience, including DAX and dashboard design.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience working with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Proven people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia, leading a team of 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Drive data quality, governance, and a 'single source of truth' approach.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Support ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business.

• Experience working with Databricks and modern data platforms
• Proven people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery
