Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies in Australia is seeking a BI/Data Analyst to extract, consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from SAP, SharePoint, Excel, and project platforms. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, management scorecards, and performance reports to support informed decision-making.

You will analyze operational, project, financial, and scheduling data to identify trends and risks; automate reporting with Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Data Models; VBA desirable.
• Power BI: Data Modelling, DAX, dashboard development, KPI reporting.
• SAP reporting and data extraction across enterprise systems.
• Strong data analysis, data integration, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication translating data into clear business insights.

• Automate and streamline reporting processes using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and other digital tools.
