Job summary

Linktal Recruitment seeks a Power BI Analyst to turn data into decisions and tell the story of a growing logistics business. You will own BI reporting and help shape how the company presents itself on LinkedIn.

You will combine data, communications and project work across the business, building dashboards, writing LinkedIn content, and supporting management with regular reports. The role offers a competitive salary and exposure to senior stakeholders in a collaborative team.

Power BI Analyst (Reporting & Communications)

If you're a Power BI specialist who also enjoys writing, or a business analyst with a flair for communication, this role was built for you.

You’ll own reporting and business intelligence for an established Australian logistics brand with a strong nationwide presence, while helping shape how they show up on LinkedIn.

What you'll be doing

Business intelligence and reporting (60%)

• Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reports that management actually uses
• Work with stakeholders across the business to turn "what we need to know" into clear, practical reporting
• Analyse data to spot trends, opportunities and issues early
• Keep reporting accurate, consistent and trustworthy
• Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports, and find ways to automate and streamline them

Communications and LinkedIn (25%)

• Plan and write LinkedIn posts and company updates that reflect the brand, services and people
• Work with colleagues to uncover project wins, milestones and success stories worth sharing
• Maintain a forward content calendar and report on what's working

Project and business support (15%)

• Support the Business Solutions Manager on business improvement projects and new system rollouts
• Prepare presentations, documentation and project reports
• Gather input from teams across the business and help projects land

What you'll bring
