Lovisa Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the global Data & Technology team. Reporting to the BI Manager, based in Warsaw, you will design and deliver Power BI solutions, migrate reports from SSRS, and partner with Retail, Merchandising, Finance and Operations to drive performance.

You will translate business requirements into scalable analytics, ensure data quality, and empower users with self-service analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in BI, data analytics or similar role.
• Strong Power BI development experience with dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT and reporting frameworks.

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing global Data & Technology team. Reporting to our Business Intelligence Manager based in Warsaw, Poland, you'll play a key role in shaping how data is used across our international business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the business and technology, helping teams unlock the power of data through modern reporting and analytics solutions.

About The Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll work closely with teams across Retail, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to deliver meaningful data solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading the migration of reports from SSRS to Power BI and ensuring stakeholders are supported throughout the transition
• Designing, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and data products
• Gathering and translating business requirements into scalable analytical solutions
• Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights
• Collaborating with stakeholders to solve business problems using data-driven recommendations
• Ensuring data integrity, quality and governance standards are maintained across reporting solutions
• Supporting operational reporting requests and managing business-critical reporting tickets.
• Working with the wider Data & IT team to enhance data platforms, reporting capabilities and processes
• Training and supporting users to build confidence and capability in Power BI and self-service analytics.
  

About you:

We're seeking a commercially-minded analyst who combines strong technical expertise with excellent consulting skills.

You Will Bring

• 3+ years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboards and paginated reports
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
• Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT processes and reporting frameworks
• Proven ability to gather requirements and partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Exposure to SSRS and report migration projects
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS and Azure technologies (Databricks, Synapse or similar) will be highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for using data to influence decision-making
