Job summary

Signet in Brisbane is launching a two-year Graduate Development Program in our Customer Experience teams. You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and exposure to diverse business areas, with real responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

As the first point of contact for Signet customers, you will resolve queries via email, phone and live chat, process and optimize orders, and build product knowledge. The program is based at our Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley and offers hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Signet customers across channels (email, phone, live chat).
• Resolve customer queries and support order processing and optimization.

• Participate in cross-functional project work across sales, customer experience, marketing, and L&D.

About the Role:

Our Customer Experience team helps you build a customer-centric mindset, learn our core business and systems, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

You will be the first point of contact for Signet customers

Resolving customer queries through various channels; email, phone and live chat

Processing, and optimizing orders

Building product and systems knowledge

You'll also have opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D and supply chain.

The successful applicant will have:

A recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate)

Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality

A current Australian driver’s license and own vehicle

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Motivation to work independently

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
