Job summary

SF Holding Co., Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to lead cross-border real estate investments and asset acquisitions.

The role involves coordinating with law firms, brokers, and advisers to ensure compliant, timely transactions across Australia and Asia. The candidate should have deep experience in real estate investment, demonstrated success in overseas deals, and the ability to interpret complex investment regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of real estate investment and development experience in Australia, Singapore, or other countries.
• 2+ overseas logistics asset transactions experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret local policies including foreign investment and land use regulations.

Responsibilities

• Master the entire process of asset acquisition, including preparing internal/external documents, presentation materials, and investment reports.
• Monitor policies and regulations across Australia, Singapore, and other countries; produce policy briefs for decisions.
• Coordinate with law firms, brokers, and advisers to manage legal, tax, and operational risks in cross-border transactions.
• Support post-investment management, monitor asset operations, and facilitate project execution with finance and legal teams.

JobResponsibilities:

• Mastertheentireprocessofassetacquisition,includingpreparingformalinternal/externalcommunicationdocuments,presentationmaterials,andinvestmentrecommendationreports.
• Monitorlandpolicies,foreigninvestmentregulations,taxlaws,ESGrequirements,andindustrytrendsinAustralia,Singapore,andothercountries;regularlyproducepolicybriefstosupportinvestmentdecisions.
• Coordinatewithexternalpartiesincludinglawfirms,transactionbrokers,andtechnicaladvisorstomanagelegal,tax,andoperationalrisksthroughoutcross-bordertransactions.
• Participateinpost-investmentmanagementdesign,monitorassetoperationindicatorsandexittimelines,andcoordinateinternalasset,finance,andlegalteamstodriveprojectexecutionthroughouttheentirecycle.

JobRequirements:

• 7+yearsofrealestateinvestmentanddevelopmentexperienceinAustralia,Singapore,orothercountries,withatleast2yearsfocusedonlogisticswarehousingorindustrialrealestate.
• Successfullyparticipatedin2+overseaslogisticsassettransactions;familiaritywithAustraliaandSingaporemarketsispreferred.
• Abilitytoquicklyinterpretlocalpoliciesincludingforeigninvestment,landuseregulations,andbondedzonepolicies.
• FluentinChineseandEnglishasworkinglanguages;capableofreviewingEnglishcontracts,preparingChineseandEnglishreports,andconductingbusinessnegotiationswithcross-culturalcommunicationskills.
