GTM Digital in Sydney (hybrid) is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound B2B SaaS sales and build a healthy pipeline. This role starts with an outbound-first approach to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
You’ll conduct ~80 calls daily, leverage LinkedIn prospecting, and engage CFOs, finance directors and business owners. Hybrid work in Sydney, with a clear path to AE and a strong comp plan (base 90k AUD, OTE 130k AUD uncapped).
Title: Business Development Representative | B2B SaaS | Sydney (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 base. $130K, uncapped OTE. Paid monthly.
One BDR seat open in Sydney with one of the major names in cloud accounting and finance software. Up to $90k base and $130k OTE, uncapped. One interview with the hiring manager, and a start before Christmas. Outbound-first, with a clear path to Account Executive.
Our client is one of the established platforms in cloud accounting and financial management. Finance teams across APAC already run on it, from growing businesses through to the mid-market. You’ll know the name when we share it.
The APAC business is investing in growth, and the Sydney BDR team is where that pipeline starts.
This is a backfill, not a new headcount. A rep has moved on. You’re joining a team that’s already built, with a hands-on manager who has hired into it all year and knows exactly what good looks like.
The team also covers Singapore and Malaysia. If you’re fluent in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia as well as English, that’s a real advantage and we’d love to hear from you. If English is your only language, you’re just as welcome to apply.
Some of the strongest people in this team came into sales from other industries. What counts is what you’ve done in seat: dials, meetings booked, and how clearly you can talk through your numbers.
GTM Digital screens you first, usually within a couple of days. If it’s a fit, the hiring manager books you in directly. One interview, then a decision. The aim is to have someone started before Christmas.
