Metcash is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to drive profitable sales in Bunbury, WA. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities and promote products across FMCG and Foodservice categories.

Join a market-leading wholesale distribution group and help independent customers thrive, with strong collaboration across internal teams and a focus on reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in foodservice or wholesale is preferred.

You'll manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver profitable growth across FMCG and Foodservice categories.

In this Role

What are we looking for?

• Previous sales, account management or business development experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and interpreting sales data.
• A proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for customer success.
• Experience within foodservice or a related industry will be highly regarded
