Job summary

The Lottery Corporation, based in Sydney, is seeking a venue sales specialist to manage Keno venue partnerships across the Sydney Metro North region. You will drive sales through promotions, product launches and activations, and provide training to venue teams.

Applicants should have a business-related degree, customer service experience, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in a customer service industry.
• Demonstrable high level of interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Hold a current Driver's License.
• Licensed Venue Experience preferred but not essential.
• Role is based in Sydney, looking after the Sydney Metro North region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key Keno venue partners across Sydney Metro North.
• Drive sales performance through promotions, merchandising, product launches and venue activations.
• Deliver training and support to venue teams on Keno products, promotions and best practice.
• Ensure venues are compliant, well-presented and maximise the Keno customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and provide insights to support business performance.
