Avani Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley region is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to grow our corporate events, meetings and incentives business.

You will work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to identify opportunities, build client partnerships and secure group bookings.

With base options in the Hunter Valley onsite or Sydney office with monthly travel to the resort, you will foster long-term growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Hospitality sales experience, ideally within the MICE or corporate market.

Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to grow our corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences and events business.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premier resort destination and play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.

Location Flexibility

• Candidates based in the Hunter Valley will be based onsite at the resort five days per week.
• Sydney-based candidates can work from our Sydney corporate office, with monthly travel to Avani Cypress Lakes Resort to maintain strong client and operational relationships.

About the Role
