Minor Hotels is seeking a Business Development Manager - MICE in Australia to grow corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences and events business. The role involves driving revenue growth, securing new opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships.

Location flexibility allows onsite work at the Hunter Valley resort or Sydney-based work with monthly travel to the resort to maintain relationships and drive results.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality sales, ideally in MICE or corporate markets.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow key accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• A passion for hospitality, events and creating exceptional client experiences.

Join Avani Cypress Lakes Resort and help drive the next chapter of one of the Hunter Valley's most iconic resort destinations.

Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to grow our corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences and events business.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premier resort destination and play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.

Location Flexibility

• Candidates based in the Hunter Valley will be based onsite at the resort five days per week.
• Sydney-based candidates can work from our Sydney corporate office, with monthly travel to Avani Cypress Lakes Resort to maintain strong client and operational relationships.
