The Opportunity
Based in Malaga, WA, the Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving individual sales budgets, targets, and KPIs by delivering best‑in‑class new business development to prospective Cleanaway customers. This role plays a critical part in driving profitable growth, operating in alignment with Cleanaway’s Sales Growth Strategy and delivering tailored waste management solutions to mid‑market customers.
The BDM must execute the 2 pillars of our Cleanaway Sales Strategy, ‘Grow’ & ‘Retain’, by achieving profitable revenue growth through maximising contract terms & prices and optimising share‑of‑wallet growth by providing customers with Total Waste Management solutions. (Mid-market $100K – $1m annual spend)
About You
You bring a strong track record of success in a commercial or industrial B2B sales environment, supported by demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. You thrive on identifying and converting new opportunities and enjoy working in dynamic, fast‑paced markets.
