Job summary

Brandt is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for Brandt Finance across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead finance program development, identify growth opportunities, and support expansion of our finance offerings in collaboration with sales leadership, finance partners and strategic customers.

You will oversee internal and external finance programs, provide market feedback, and help grow a motivated finance team to build long-term success for the company,

Qualifications

• Ideally 10+ years in equipment or commercial finance, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven leadership in progressively senior management roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of finance programs for all Brandt product lines with sales involvement.
• Provide feedback on opportunities and competitive pressures for Brandt Finance.
• Develop Retail Finance Managers and Brandt Finance personnel toward long-term success.
• Collaborate with Brandt Finance and sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.
• Aim to achieve sales and market share goals for Brandt Finance.
• Gather competitive intelligence to ensure Brandt Finance offers superior products.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external clients.
