Job summary

i-Pharm Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the Western Victorian territory within a national aesthetics sales team during a major product launch.

You will work with clinics, doctors and nurse injectors to promote a premium portfolio of aesthetic products, deliver compelling presentations, and identify growth opportunities while keeping CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical devices or cosmeceuticals is desirable.
• Nursing background with injecting experience is a plus.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a scaling company in the aesthetics industry, during a major product launch.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join an expanding national sales team. This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing success of a new product launch in the Australian aesthetics market. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a Western Victorian territory, working closely with clinics, doctors, and nurse injectors to promote a premium portfolio of aesthetic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, clinics, and nurse injectors.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and training sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.

About You

• Demonstrated sales experience.
• Experience in the aesthetics, medical device, or cosmeceutical sectors is highly desirable.
• Nursing background (especially with injecting experience) is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
