Job summary

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will build networks, drive opportunities, and deliver winning solutions while traveling as required and working autonomously within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management, property services, or related industry highly regarded.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
