Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Melbourne, VIC. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, and SME clients, and promote the company’s range of promotional products and custom solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting client meetings and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to close. The role will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also be expected to meet revenue targets, provide regular performance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
