Job summary

Westpac is seeking an SME Business Banking Manager to support SME customers across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You will manage a diverse portfolio with lending needs from $1M to $5M, working full time with flexible arrangements.

Join a close-knit team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, growing a portfolio, and maintaining strong risk controls. You will network, write deals, and stay connected to the local business community to shape confident futures.

You’ll step into an exciting opportunity supporting SME customers across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers with business lending needs from $1M to 5M, working full time with flexibility on offer.

Strong grounding in lending and credit, you are someone who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you bring both the drive to grow a portfolio and the discipline to manage risk effectively.
