Job summary

Total Tools Dandenong is seeking an experienced Full Time Business Development Manager to grow our commercial customer base across Dandenong and surrounding areas. You will spend most of your time on the road meeting customers face-to-face, building long-term partnerships and driving sales growth.

The role includes managing an established portfolio with internal support for quoting and lead generation, and offers a competitive salary package with a company vehicle and performance incentives.

Total Tools Dandenong is looking for an experienced Full Time Business Development Manager to grow our commercial customer base across Dandenong and surrounding areas.

This is a relationship-driven sales role with a strong focus on winning new business and growing existing accounts. You'll inherit an established portfolio while actively identifying opportunities across manufacturing, construction, plumbing, electrical and other trade-focused industries.

Spending most of your time on the road meeting customers face-to-face, you'll build long-term partnerships, uncover new opportunities and drive sales growth. With internal support for quoting, lead generation and account administration, you'll have the backing you need to focus on what you do best: building relationships and growing business.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. While you’ll spend most of your time visiting customers, the role is based from our Greens Road, Dandenong store and includes some in-store administration.
