Job summary

Total Tools Marsden Park is seeking a Full-time Store Manager who is passionate about tools and trades. Lead a motivated team, deliver high-quality customer service, and uphold merchandising standards in a busy, growing retail environment.

You will coach staff, ensure health and safety, develop your team's skills, hit sales targets and KPIs, and foster a productive store culture. The role requires excellent communication, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including

• Experience in retail leadership and team development.

Total Tools Marsden Park is looking for a Full time Store Manager who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity to use your current skills and experience within a growing, diverse business.

This position will suit an experienced retail leader, ideally within the tools industry. You will be responsible for influencing and motivating your team to deliver high-quality customer service, with a belief that developing your team's skills, knowledge, and behaviours is critical to success. You will take full accountability for retail fundamentals, including outstanding customer service, reporting, store analytics, promotions, and merchandising standards. You will deliver sales targets and other KPIs while creating a productive and safe work environment.

What will you be doing?

• Coaching and developing your team’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure a successful store culture
• Ensuring the health and safety of all team members, customers, and contractors within the store
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers and offering solutions as required
• Developing a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and KPIs

• Sound experience in retail sales, team development and leadership
• Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team, and managing performance as required
• A strong customer service focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment
• A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail, with a desire to drive strong financial results
• A self-motivated self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
• Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
