Job summary

Total Tools & Hardware Group, part of Metcash, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our Northern NSW network. You will partner with independent members, build trusted relationships and drive sales growth across trade and retail channels.

In this role you'll influence strategic decisions, analyze performance data, and deliver initiatives that boost market share while supporting merchandising and member growth.

We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join the Total Tools & Hardware Group team and make a real impact across Northern NSW. In this highly influential role, you'll partner with our valued independent members, building trusted relationships that drive stronger business outcomes and long-term success.

As the key link between Total Tools & Hardware Group and our members, you'll work alongside store owners and teams to identify growth opportunities, influence strategic decisions, and deliver initiatives that accelerate both trade and retail sales performance.

In this Role

• Building strong, trusted relationships with independent business owners and their teams.
