Adelaide Convention Centre, part of Adelaide Venue Management, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our local team. You’ll identify new business opportunities, respond to client inquiries with tailored proposals, and cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing clients to secure bookings.

You’ll work with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage opportunities from enquiry to close, and help drive regional sales targets in a dynamic events

Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in business events, venue sales or similar sales environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and securing business.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Client-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results.

Join a supportive national sales team where you can grow your career and make a real impact. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our local team and help drive new business, build strong client relationships and secure new bookings.

What You’ll Do

• Around three years of experience in business events, venue sales or a similar sales environment.

• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A client-focused mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours when required.
