QT Gold Coast, part of EVT, is seeking a proactive Conference & Events sales specialist to drive revenue through new business, proposals, and strong client relationships. You will manage a robust pipeline, host site inspections, and collaborate with the hotel team to retain key accounts.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of C&E leads and opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and issue contracts.
• Host clients and conduct site inspections to secure business.
• Grow and retain key accounts through great service and regular contact.
• Represent QT Gold Coast at industry and networking events.
• Keep CRM records and reporting accurate and up to date.
• Liaise closely with the Director of Sales, C&E Manager and wider hotel team.

About the Role

Drive rooms and conferencing and events (C&E) revenue for QT Gold Coast through proactive sales, new business development, and strong client relationships.
