Job summary

QT Gold Coast is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive C&E revenue through proactive sales, client relationships, and new business development. You will manage a robust pipeline, respond to inquiries, and coordinate proposals and contracts with the hotel team.

The role requires proven hotel/conferencing/events sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, organised approach. You will represent QT Gold Coast at industry events and contribute to rapid career growth

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive sales calls, site inspections and networking.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of C&E leads and opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and issue contracts.
• Host clients and conduct site inspections to secure business.
• Grow and retain key accounts through great service and regular contact.
• Represent QT Gold Coast at industry and networking events.
• Keep CRM records and reporting accurate and up to date.
• Liaise closely with the Director of Sales, C&E Manager and wider hotel team.

Business Development Executive - QT Gold Coast

About the Role

Drive rooms and conferencing and events (C&E) revenue for QT Gold Coast through proactive sales, new business development, and strong client relationships.
