Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development, sales support or client service in financial or professional services.
• Strong written communication and high level of attention to detail.
• Confidence with CRM systems.
• Interest in trustee, custody or funds management.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Business Development Manager as the firm grows its client base.
• Qualify new business and manage the pipeline and CRM.
• Prepare proposals, pitch materials and RFP responses.
• Coordinate meetings and conduct market and competitor research.
• Support industry events and onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records with Relationship Management and Client Services teams.
