Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Business Development professional to plan, execute and manage strategic change projects in the APAC region. You will coordinate with Front Office and support functions, gathering business requirements and driving cross-functional solutions.

This role requires 3+ years in COO/Management consulting and strong English communication, with the ability to implement systems and processes to improve delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a COO, Business Management, or Consulting function.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of financial markets workflows in asset classes including Exchange-Traded Derivatives, OTC derivatives, Wholesale FX, Fixed Income and Equities, and Physical Commodities trading.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking ability and curiosity to anticipate and investigate business challenges.
• Strong ability to understand, critically review, and implement systems, workflows, and processes.
• Strong organisational skills and high standards of accuracy, delivery, and time management.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements across Front Office and support functions locally and internationally in relation to change projects.
• Determine or actively contribute to ideation and solutions for complex cross-functional issues/problems and large system implementations /migrations.
• Full-cycle project management and responsible ownership for overall objectives.
• Active engagement with Front Office and support teams to stay updated on latest developments from business and support perspectives.
• Accurate and effective reporting of project status and other KPI/MIS.
