Job summary

The NSW Police Force is seeking a Business Consultant for an ongoing full-time role at Sydney Olympic Park. You will analyze and improve business processes to support quality customer service and work with stakeholders to design practical solutions.

You will help translate business requirements into effective solutions and support adoption of BI products and systems. Experience in adult learning design is desirable but not essential.

About the role

The Business Consultant provides expertise and analysis in the development, design, implementation, review, and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures to support effective customer service outcomes. The role works closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop practical solutions, and support the adoption and effective use of business intelligence products, services, and systems.

The successful applicant will possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective and sustainable solutions.

While not a primary requirement of the role, experience in the design, development, and delivery of adult learning programs is highly desirable. Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design, content development, program delivery, and the continuous improvement of learning and development products will be advantageous in supporting organisational capability and user adoption initiatives.
