Job summary

NAB in Australia is seeking a Business Banking Manager 3 Broker to join the Regional & Agribusiness team. You will assess economic value and risk of new business, liaise with brokers, and educate customers on options to grow their business.

You will leverage networks to identify referrals, support local customer acquisition, discuss annual plans, and prepare lending proposals within a strong risk and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.

Responsibilities
