Pymble Ladies’ College invites an experienced Geography, Economics, and Business Studies teacher to join the GB E Department. The role is permanent, full-time, starting at the beginning of Term 1 2027, with growth in Economics cohorts noted.

The successful candidate will inspire students to become confident, creative problem-solvers across Years 7–12. We value innovation, professional learning, and a strong commitment to student wellbeing, with competitive remuneration and extensive staff

Qualifications

• Hold current NESA accreditation and have an excellent understanding of the NESA syllabus.
• The ability to teach Economics, Commerce and Business Studies.
• Experience teaching Stage 6 Economics is preferred.
• Willingness to teach across Years 7 to 12 (Stages 4, 5 and 6).
• Commit to improving educational outcomes and differentiating the curriculum.

The role

Pymble Ladies’ College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teacher to join our Geography, Business Studies and Economics (GBE) Department. This is a permanent, full-time position commencing at the start of Term 1 2027. With continued growth in our Economics cohort, experience teaching Stage 6 Economics will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching Economics, Commerce and Business Studies, will bring innovative and engaging practice to the classroom, and will be committed to inspiring students to become confident, creative problem-solvers.
