Job summary
Nexia Sydney is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help shape the future of our business. You will lead a significant transformation initiative, working closely with senior leaders to simplify processes, improve efficiency and prepare the business for future technology and AI.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role with the potential to transition to a permanent position, based in Sydney. You will have the opportunity to own the delivery, influence across advisory teams and drive adoption of
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in professional services or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience mapping processes and delivering improvement initiatives
- Curious, innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- Exposure to professional services, financial services or related environments is highly regarded
