Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking multiple experienced Business Analysts to support ICT projects within the CIO Division. Roles include 3 Senior BAs and 1 Junior BA, with contracts starting 01 March 2024 for 12 months and potential extensions.

Australian citizens able to obtain Baseline Clearance and Canberra or offsite work options are preferred. As a BA, you will elicit and document IT requirements, facilitate workshops, support UAT, and produce clear specifications and process maps under Agile

Qualifications

• Delivering under Agile methodology or adaptable to new methods.
• Facilitating workshops to identify business needs and gather data.
• Eliciting and documenting IT business requirements.
• Capturing and analyzing data-related requirements; deliverables per schedule.
• Securing sign-off of requirements from stakeholders.
• Constructing documentation: specs, process maps, design artefacts.
• Conducting stakeholder engagement to develop requirements and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT business solutions using Agile or adaptable methods.
• Lead workshops to identify needs and gather requirements.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Create process maps, design artefacts, and data considerations.
• Coordinate stakeholder sign-off and governance.
