Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks a Senior Business Analyst to deliver end-to-end analysis across a complex ICT environment. You will collaborate with business, product and technical teams to define requirements and viable solutions. The role requires full-time onsite attendance with flexible arrangements considered case by case.

Location covers ACT with onsite 40 hours per week. The contract runs 31 October 2026 to 31 July 2027 and requires Baseline clearance.

Qualifications

• Lead business analysis across the full SDLC in enterprise environments.
• Agile delivery experience producing process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria using DevOps toolsets.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, requirements elicitation and user acceptance coordination experience.
• Experience using SQL queries, MS Excel and/or Power BI for business analysis.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst | Agile & DevOps
Deliver end-to-end business analysis across a complex enterprise ICT environment, working with business, product and technical teams to define requirements and viable solutions. This role requires full-time onsite attendance, with flexible working arrangement requests considered case by case against business requirements.

Location: QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, SA
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Flexible working arrangement requests considered case by case.
Contract Duration: 31 October 2026 to 31 July 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: Monday, 19 October 2026
